Who we are and how to reach us
This website, productiv.co.za, belongs to PRODUCTIV (PTY) LTD, a private company registered in South Africa under registration number 2026/157359/07. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.

What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small piece of text that a website asks your browser to keep. Your browser sends it back with later requests to the website that set it, which is how a site can recognise a browser it has seen before.
Browser storage works in a similar way, but it stays inside your browser and is not sent with your requests: only this site’s own pages can read it. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab. Local storage stays until the site or you clear it.
The short version
- No cookies until you agree. When you arrive, this site sets no cookies at all.
- Only Google Analytics, and only to understand which pages are read. If you accept, its two cookies help us see which pages people read and how they found us.
- Nothing else tracks you. We do not use Analytics to identify you, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell data.
- Your choice, at any time. Change it with Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

The two Analytics cookies appear only after you accept. If you reject them, or later withdraw your consent, we delete them.
What Google Analytics collects
If you accept, Google Analytics records how this site is used:
- the pages you visit;
- how long you spend on them;
- the site that referred you here, if there was one;
- your type of device and browser;
- your approximate location, such as your country or city.
It reports all of this to us in aggregate: totals across visitors, such as how many people read a page. We do not use it to identify you, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Google processes this information as our service provider, and it may be stored on servers outside South Africa. Google Analytics keeps the detailed records for 14 months and then deletes them.

What the contact form does
The enquiry form on our home page works inside your browser. When you press its button, it opens your own email app with your enquiry written out, ready for you to check and send. The form itself sends nothing to us or to anyone else, and this site keeps no copy of what you type.
We receive your enquiry only if you send that email, and we use it to reply to you.
Other ProductiV services
Some ProductiV products have their own sign-in pages at other productiv.co.za addresses. When you sign in to one of them, that service may set a sign-in cookie of its own so that you stay signed in.
This website does not read or use those cookies. They belong to the service you signed in to, and this notice covers this website only.
How to change your mind
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page on this site.
If you withdraw your consent, we switch Google Analytics off for the rest of your visit, delete its cookies from your browser and save your new choice.
You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser’s settings whenever you like. If you do, we will ask for your choice again on your next visit.
Your rights under POPIA
The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) gives you the right:
- to withdraw your consent at any time;
- to ask us what personal information we hold about you;
- to ask us to correct it or delete it;
- to object to how we use it.

When this notice changes
When we change this notice, we update the date at the top of this page. If what this site uses changes, for example a new kind of cookie, we will ask for your choice again.
